The California Legislature is considering the Middle Class Scholarship Act by Assembly Speaker John A. Pérez, which would cut college fees by two-thirds. While college fees have skyrocketed, large out-of-state corporations are taking advantage of a tax loophole to drain $1 billion out of California every year.

The Middle Class Scholarship Act closes that loophole and uses the money to cut college fees by two-thirds for middle income families in California. Key votes on the Middle Class Scholarship Act are coming up soon. Please let the Legislature know you want to cut California college fees by two-thirds.
