PawPAC Gives Assemblymember Mary Hayashi a Perfect Score for Her 2011 Legislative Voting Record

SACRAMENTO, CA – PawPAC recently released their 2011 Legislative Scorecard and recognized Assemblymember Mary Hayashi for having a perfect voting record for legislation protecting animals.

Each year, PawPAC sponsors and supports legislation dedicated to the passage of laws promoting the humane treatment of animals. In 2008, 2009, and 2010 Assemblymember Hayashi received an A for her legislative voting record to protect the welfare of animals.

Assemblymember Hayashi is the Chair of the Business, Professions, and Consumer Protection Committee and serves the 18th Assembly District, which includes San Leandro, Hayward, Dublin, most of Castro Valley and Pleasanton, and a portion of Oakland, as well as the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Cherryland, San Lorenzo and Sunol.
