Blumenfield & Berman Urge Disaster Preparedness
(Encino, CA) – On the 18th Anniversary of the Northridge Earthquake, Assemblymember Bob Blumenfield (D-San Fernando Valley) and Congressman Howard Berman hailed the work of the Encino Chamber of Commerce to prepare the community for future disasters. The Chamber is working to make Encino Park (at 16953 Ventura Boulevard) a place where people can meet after major disasters to reunite with family members, find resources and information or volunteer to help neighbors recover.
