Dear Friend,
On January 1, 2011, the new law I authored to help the City of Los Angeles rid our streets of ugly mobile billboards took effect. The City got right to work - towing and impounding these eyesores on day one. It will take a concerted, ongoing effort to completely eliminate them from our community, but now the City finally has the tools to get the job done.
To report a mobile billboard parked illegally in your neighborhood, call the hotline at (818) 752-5100, press 2, and be prepared to provide the trailer's license plate number and the street block location.
Sincerely,

BOB BLUMENFIELD
Assemblymember, 40th District
